Alien Clutch
Just brilliant. It tickles everything I love in a story. I’ve read through both books and the prequel more than once. It’s only fault is in the series ending.
I hope with all my heart that Dove comes back to this series. The world seems to feel so big and fleshed out even through we don’t see very much of it. Which is a feat in of itself. I can almost see this continuing for another book with Lee and a dozen more with other humans.
Seriously just perfect 👌
Dove has done it again!
Just finished Pistols and Plush Toys and absolutely loved it. This is the only book I’ve read where there is plushophilia and no age play, and it was a unique and refreshing take I appreciated.
As with all of Dove’s characters, I felt for Elliot. He went through so much, and his thoughts/inner dialogue were spot on for a victim of abuse. His and Nikolai’s relationship was so cute, and it was healing to watch them become friends and then lovers, especially after learning Nikolai’s own past trauma. One of my favorite details was how Nikolai’s accent was depicted with his incorrect English; it really showed the attention-to-detail and added to the overall worldbuilding.
The pacing, as with all of Dove’s works, felt natural, deliberate, and well thought-out. This is another one of their books that I would love to purchase as a paperback (hint hint), I’m excited to see what Dove publishes in the future.
More Pay to Play Please!!!
This book was sooo good. I couldn’t guess what was going to happen but it was a surprise and I loved it! I truly hope there is a book 2! Please don’t leave us hanging. 🙏 I appreciate all that you do.
Rerouting River — 5 Stars
Rerouting River is one of the best mmm books I have ever read. Each character had their own unique personality, and their character development throughout the story felt real and filled with depth.
The pacing in the story was perfect, and for a book that’s over 600 pages, that’s impressive. The story never felt like it was moving too fast or too slowly, and I loved the time spent with each character and their thoughts and feelings.
Dove really made me feel for River. He had such a hard life and was so mistrustful of anything good going well for once. I love that this book was so long because it really made his journey more real and impactful. I loved Emile’s and Ben’s relationship, both with River and each other. The spice and emotional connection was off the charts, and it was a really fun read with both humor and depth. And I’m really glad that River got his happily ever after.
This is a book that I would love to reread. I hope Dove makes this available as a paperback, because I would love to have a physical copy to display on my shelf. I am excited to read more of their books in the future.
Milkie – HuCow fun!
Milkie was a cute and sweet HuCow/lactation kink novella from D. Dove!
This is one of my favorite niche kinks and I’m glad to see more MM authors are testing the waters with it. The sexual chemistry and softness between these three was great — I felt that the bulls really did care for their milkie. The sex was hot and the hurt/comfort was good.
I’m really hoping Dove writes more of this!
